WILLIAM F. POWERS, JR's prevailing fee billing rates (which are
on an hourly basis) currently are:
JEFFREY T. SCHOENHERR's fees for Probate & Estate matters vary
from statutory "set" to "flat" rates for given services or products
to "extraordinary" rates at $350.00/hour.
The above rates will hold during the entire representation regardless of
any increase in prevailing rate that may otherwise be made in the office
for new matters.
These are our published fee rates, as of this date. We strive to keep our
rates substantially lower than those charged by attorneys having
comparable experience and peer ratings in the Los Angeles area.
We honor a 10% rate discount to Chatsworth GOLD CARD holders!
