Shantel J. Kuntuzos

Ms. Kuntuzos  received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School
of Los Angeles, where she was a two-time recipient of the Florine
Carmen Phelps Scholarship. She was sworn in as a member of
the bars of the California and U.S. District Court, Central District, in
2005.  Ms. Kuntuzos graduated magna cum laude from Mesa
State College with her Bachelor of Arts.

Before joining the Powers firm, Ms. Kuntuzos spent 2 years in
investment management with The Capital Group Companies, and
5 years in human resources with the international forest products
company, Weyerhaeuser. She then clerked for a high profile
Century City construction law firm, and volunteered her time to
the Ventura County Superior Court’s Self-Help Legal Access
Clinic.  Ms. Kuntuzos is a member of the Los Angeles, San
Fernando Valley, and Ventura County Bar Associations.

Jeffrey T. Schoenherr

Of Counsel to the firm, Jeffrey T. Schoenherr has been practicing law
since 1981, providing estate planning products and services. He
received his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State
University in 1971.

He received his Juris Doctor degree from Glendale University College
of Law in 1977 and was admitted to the California Bar in 1978.

His professional memberships include the California State Bar
Association, the Los Angeles County Bar and San Fernando Valley Bar
Associations. His services include complete Estate Planning and
Probate  to safeguard the business and personal assets of concerned
individuals. In addition to practicing in the area of Estate Planning, Mr.
Schoenherr also handles Probates, Trusts, Conservatorships,
Guardianships, Adoptions, and Elder Law.

Jeff is an active member of the Chatsworth/Porter Valley Chamber of
Commerce  and the Northridge/Chatsworth Rotary Club.
